Dinner Entrees
Custom designed meals to be enjoyed in the privacy of our restaurant or delivered ready to eat to a site of
your choosing. Entree selection is limited to one choice for groups of 20 or less. With larger groups, we
can arrange for a choice of two different meals. Following is a sample selection of the entrees offered.

Herbed Roast Pork Loin with mustard sauce, oven roasted potatoes, and green beans with lemon butter.	$11.00
Honey Lemon Chicken Breasts, braised onions with rice, and sautéed carrots in orange liqueur sauce.	$10.00
Ham braised in port wine, potatoes au gratin, and glazed carrots with snow peas.	$10.00
Poached Fillet of Salmon with a Raspberry-cream sauce, couscous with caramelized onions, and sautéed broccoli with pine nuts	$14.50
Roast Fillet of Beef stuffed with mushrooms, garlic roasted potatoes, and green beans with jicama.	$15.50

Hickory Smoked BBQ Meals
Chicken and ribs cooked with hickory chips in our smoker to produce the best ribs available in the Rogue
Valley. We can handle any job, as small as 10 people or as large as 300 people. Following is a sample
selection of our barbecued meals offered.
All dinners include barbecued beans, deli salad, and corn muffins.

Lunch Entrees
Custom designed entrees for your office or business meeting. These dishes are designed to allow ease of
eating while taking notes or participating in the meeting. Add one of our delicious salads or other side
dishes to complete your luncheon meal. Entree selection available for groups of 6 or more.

An assortment of sandwiches made with the best quality meat and cheese available on assorted breads, with
leaf lettuce and tomato slices. Garnished with green olives and cherry tomatoes.

Party Sandwich
Two-foot long party sandwiches featuring a variety of meats and cheeses, with leaf lettuce, tomatoes and
garnished with green olives. Sliced onions and pepperoncinis served on the side.

Meat and Cheese Platter
Assorted sliced meats and cheeses attractively arranged on a tray and garnished with pickle slices,
pepperoncinis, cherry tomatoes and pickled green beans.
Starting at $24.00 per tray (serves 6)
Lettuce and tomato trays are $.50 per person
Bread trays are $.35 per person

Meat and Cheese Hors d'oeuvre Tray
Three deli meats and three deli cheeses cut in chunks for nibbling. Garnished with green olives,
pepperoncinis, cherry tomatoes, and pickled green beans.

Oriental Wing Tray
Chicken wings slow cooked in our special Oriental marinade.

Prawn Tray
Large prawns cooked in our own special broth and served with homemade cocktail sauce.

Mediterranean Platter
French, Italian and Greek cheese, stuffed grape leaves, Greek and Spanish olives, humus,
grapes and pita wedges.

Seasonal Fruit Tray
Assortment of seasonal fruit which may include melons, kiwis, grapes, strawberries, pineapple,
and other available fruits.

Seasonal Vegetable Tray
Seasonal selection of vegetables which may include broccoli, cauliflower, red bell peppers,
carrots, celery, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, and other seasonally
available vegetables. Served with our homemade dill dip.
